Our quality sellers aim to deliver you product that is fit for purpose and our system is designed to shorten the supply chain, minimising handling and transit.
Flowers, Foliage and Plants have inherent variation. Our sellers will do their best to describe any defects in the advertisement so please read carefully. Our sellers will also detail any variation from these standard return and refund policies in their advertisements and documentation.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement you must contact the seller with photos of the alleged issue within 24 hours. This is to ensure no further deterioration for perishables before the claim can be investigated.
We expect you and the seller to be able to resolve the issue, however, if not, then the issue can be escalated to 4Mooi for resolution. 4Mooi will ensure resolution of any case referred to it by either buyers or sellers.
Typically, the first remedy in perishable categories will be a price reduction or refund. You may be requested to return or destroy the product.
Refunds will always be processed back to the card used for payment.
